PlacesToStayInMorocco.com is a UK based company offering direct booking of accommodation in Morocco. By use of Our Service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which may be modified from time to time; therefore it is important that you read and understand these terms before using Our Service. We reserve our right to change these terms at any time and amendments will take effect when posted on this website.
PlacesToStayInMorocco.com acts as an intermediary between clients booking accommodation and the hoteliers offering that accommodation, so do not have and never intend to have any contractual involvement in any reservation you make through us - your contract is directly with the hotelier providing the accommodation.
The information contained on PlacesToStayInMorocco.com is provided by the hoteliers and may be updated by them at any time. For this reason we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information. We do not warrant that access to the website will be uninterrupted or fault free.
The prices available from our website are set by the hotelier, and the hotelier may make their accommodation available at different rates through other channels or subsequently alter the rates given on this website. When you book through PlacesToStayInMorocco.com you accept that the rate we display at the time of your booking is the price you will pay, subject to the hotelier accepting the booking.
Your confirmation of the booking is irrevocably binding on you subject to us receiving confirmed payment from you and confirmation of your booking from the hotelier. The confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by email; you must provide an accurate working email address to us at the time of booking.
The confirmation email from us is your proof of booking. If you do not receive it you should contact us from this website providing your name, departure date and hotels booked. When you receive it please read and carefully check the information to ensure it matches your reservation. The email should be given to the hotelier on arrival at the hotel.
Private information during booking is transferred via an SSL secure server. Losses incurred or sustained by you in transmitting information or on your own computer must be borne by you. You should close your web browser and clear its data cache after you make a booking if the computer you are using is not secure.
We have a separate privacy policy available on this website.
When you book your hotel through PlacesToStayInMorocco.com you will need to provide payment card details. The deposit that is displayed during the booking process will be charged to this card; we do not add a booking fee. The deposit will be taken in UK pounds and we are not liable for any foreign exchange commissions you incur for any payment related to this booking. The balance of the accommodation price as displayed on our website will be taken by the hotelier at checkout in the local currency (Moroccan Dirhams).
Each hotel sets its own cancellation policy which should be checked before booking your stay at that hotel. You accept the cancellation policy for a hotel when you confirm your booking for that hotel. Any dispute or redress relating to the cancellation must be settled with the hotel directly.
Where a cancellation charge applies, the payment is taken by the Hotelier, not by PlacesToStayInMorocco.com. In case of cancellation we will pass your payment details on to the hotelier to enable them to take any cancellation charge due. Your unconditional and irrevocable consent and authorization for us to pass your payment card information to the Hotelier is implied and given when you make a booking for that hotel through our website.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations when you use Our Service and we cannot assume any responsibility for failure to do so. This includes any Visa, custom, medical or other requirements that may be necessary for your entry into Morocco.
As an intermediary we do not have any control over the quality of service provided to you by the hotelier or charges made for those services. We therefore are not responsible or liable in any way whatsoever in relation to any dispute arising between you and the hotels regarding their charges, quality of services, facilities, health and safety issues or otherwise. The contract is made between you and the hotel and any complaint you have must be made to and settled directly with the hotel.
Without prejudice to the generality of the matters aforesaid, in the event that either we or the hotels are held liable by any court of competent jurisdiction to pay any damages or compensation to you, you agree and accept that the amount of such damages or compensation shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount of money actually paid by you to the hotel concerned for the reservation or the sum of 500 pounds, whichever is the least.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under the applicable law that may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit the liability of the hotel concerned to you in the case of death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
The contents of our website and all reservation made using Our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. These terms and conditions and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature in relation thereto shall also be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
